I agree, not all of us have facebook and/or twitter, but you can easily see tweets without having an account. So I don't see that as an issue. But you are right, not all of us have magnificent English vocabulary and spare time to look through all the websites for some even remotely accurate info.
One more thing, this Origin thing is idiotic. I had to make an account just so I can download demo. <_< I don't see me using it again in the future.

If you, have an EA account and I assume you have one becouse you registered ME2 here than you don't need to create a seperate Origin account you can log in with the EA one.

Unless I'm mistaken, Origin and BSN accounts are murged so there is no real need to create a new account just for Origin, you could have used the same account.

not really that much of an issue.. even if your internet is really slow you will be able to have it ready by around 11Pm and be done witht the demo aroun 0:00

Hmm, anyone else with the demo finding the cover system a bit clunky? I love the demo, it's so pretty to look at and Default FemShep is SEXY!! But comming from playing hours and hours of Horde in Gears of War 3, I find the cover system kinda crappy. Sorry

I might just need more gameplay to get the feel of it since the demo is very very short if you don't have Battlefeild 3.

not really that much of an issue.. even if your internet is really slow you will be able to have it ready by around 11Pm and be done witht the demo aroun 0:00 

If I can access it 9:00pm than I will be done playing it about 9:45pm or 10:00pm

well I'm on GMT +2 so it'll be 22:00pm when I'll start the download, I figure the download speed will depend more on Origin servers and not on your connection speed, I can tug around 1.8Mb/s but never went above 1.1 on downloads from Origin

We can all get it normally if we just wait. Your point is, when a PC user finally gets a demo, he/she uploads it as torrent, which is completely futile, at least for me. By that time, all of us have already downloaded it via almighty Origin.

Agree. But occasiaonaly I have to communicate with people all over the world, so I have to remember all those timezones. Not that it helps, however, especially when that stupid daylight saving happens.

I don't have a habit to visit sites I don't have habit or use to visit. That's twitter, facebook or whatever "social network" it is, excluding this one. And sole reason why I'm still here - they still don't gave me asnwer on my goddamn question about region locks! So, I guess, I'll have to wait till release, check for myself and then begone for another year or so.

Yup, that's the issue. Give simple short and correct info on proper page on so-called "official" site. That will solve problems. Not all of them, but some of them.
But no, there is marketing - sending spam about "gather your team in twitter commander Shepard" is easier. Pfeh. Don't follow Smith&Wesson.

I hate origin becouse when I start NFS I have to wait at least 2min. until the origin window pops up and asking me do you wish to login. Hell no, I don't want to log in, for me NFS is a single player game and always will be, if I want MP than I launch COD:MW3

I completely agree with the fact that if you don't have an account on a specific social network, you lack habit and need to visit it. But still, if several people stated that there is new information coming out on Twitter every minute, why is it so hard to pay a visit? There is even a link to it on Mass Effect website.
