I'm not sure if I'm posting this to the correct forum, if this should be in a different forum mods please feel free to move it.

As many of the you know, after one completes any of the major ally quest lines an NPC representative from that faction shows up in your camp. You can donate things to that faction, each faction takes a particular type of item.

For Recliffe it's money.

I wanted to find out what the point of this was so I went through the dialogue to donate money and something strange happened: The highest amount it allows you to donate is 30 crowns. I chose this - and it kept letting me do it over and over again - like 10 times before the option ceased to be there. I assumed this was a bug of some sort but I went with it to see what would happen.

After it quit letting me donate money and I exited out of the dialogue I got a pop-up/message saying that I had lost 36 silver and some change (even though I had chosen the 30 crowns over and over), It had leveled me - and it seemingly corrupted my game/character information.

Tactics no longer work - all tactics presets, even the pre-configured ones are gone from all characters and when I switch weapons on my main character the graphic does not change.

There more be other problems - this is just what I noticed immediately.

So theres obviously a major bug here.

Anyone have any experience with this or how to fix it?

I didn't notice this. Reload a save prior to making the donations.

I tried that before coming to the forums with this. It didn't work. The bug seems to have corrupted essential character/game data.

Did you restart the game before reloading?

Yes I did. I initially just logged out after the bug happened, intending to deal with it later.

I've had the error where the weapon graphics don't switch out.



... a quick restart of the entire game fixed it for me...
