Perhaps on the 7th?  I dunno but I don't think BioWare is to blame for it.

Probably another failed EA promise, like the one where the PS3 was suppose to get a free copy of Battlefield 1943 with their copy of Battlefield 3.  EA failed to deliver and it wasn't until someone got antsy and involved laywers before that promised was fulfilled.  I'd call it a waste of court time but it got EA to hold up their end of the bargain.

BF3 Only offers, and only ever offered early access to the Multiplayer part of the demo. BF3 owners, and those who particpate in the alternative early access option, will be able to play the Multiplayer demo on Feb. 14, when it's released. Those who don't will get access to the MP portion on Feb. 17. The actual Demo FAQ thread has all the details(also where to look for the alternative early access option).

No, They said a date in January. At least on the slip for BF3 it says that

Well that what they told us, but the official word is out now, and its sadly been delayed until February. More time to wrap up playthroughs, says I.

Excellent !!!!
If all 6 classes are available then its at least 6-12 hours of single player gameplay (for those sick fans like me that have to play every class), I sure hope the Insanity is available in the demo.
and after that its co-op time until the release, mass effect addiction will be sated \\ no more ME2 playthroughs !!

Question: How will the friend system work for the co-op ? if you're missing a player will there be an option to find a stranger in a similar bind ? or will you only be able to play with people who are on your Origin friend list ?

Bioware release date Lexicon:
Demos: BAD(Bioware Announcement Date) + 3 weeks.
Games: BAD + 1-2 Yearly Querters.

And I still love 'em for making great games.

The majority of them. Minus, Hanar, Elcor, and Volus due to the fact they're not physically capable.

Quarians, Salarians, Tuarians, Krogan and Human has been confirmed.

they are the races confirmed for the full game. we dont know whether they will be in demo.
leaked beta only had human, unfortunately.

Well my only issue with it is for the people who want the cross promotional items from ME3 demo for their first KoA playthrough . Looking at how that game is from the demo, you know those cross promotional times will be obsolete after a week of playing that game assuming the person is taking it slow. So my issue there is those items are going to be useless for some people, not everyone who is going to play KoA will play it a million times and I seen people say they beat things within the first 24 hours of its release and those are for huge games too. Other than KoA side of this promotion getting screwed in a way, I am fine with the demo's current release date as a ME fan.

Also - I had a quick skim of the thread, does anyone know if your multiplayer characters can be imported into the full version single player game for assets?

Most likely through Online Experience.

Dead Space 2 you unlocked new suits by earning points which could be obtained through Killing the other team, completing objectives and finishing missions, on multiplayer. 

well thats better than what i heard... i heard that it unlocks by playing the single player which is fine cuz if you think about it you cant "help" your SP by just playing multiplayer before you play Sp since yyou should have to link it somehow to help your SP


EDIT: and now that i think about it every playthrough should require you a new MP Character

I'm not sure. I intend on playing Multiple play throughs of Mass Effect 3, and having an extensive history in Multiplayer. 

So either way works fine for me. Just to clear up, I was only guessing.

Excellent news! It's good I can access all the classes so I can decide which one is best to use for the full game. I am leaning towards either adept or Engineer. Bah CHOICES!!

I'm still working on updating the FAQ with the questions you are all asking, but a quick edit was made to the FAQ this morning due to a mistake on my part.

The required space on the PC is 2.5GB, not 15GB.

The FAQ has been fixed to reflect this. Sorry for the confusion.
