Feb 14? wow, what a letdown. That killed the buzz for me. Well, I am out of here.
ps: and early access is 3 days? lol I feel bad for all those bf3 owners out there...
Why? We have a great multiplayer game to tide us over and to be honest, what does it matter to have extra time on a multiplayer mode where the stats probably won't carry over into the main game.

Very low system requirements. Players with older PCs should be pleased.
*raises hand* Me, me...I'm a happy camper. :-)
Ah, finally a taste of what's to come, I'm drooling already...

I would like to know the size of installer we have to download then. Having 20 GB download limit per month = say no to enormous files. Or it would be better to have separate installers for singleplayer and multiplayer parts:whistle:Mesina2 wrote...

15 GB is after instalation or we need to download 15 GB?
Neither.
You need at least 15 GB space for PC after you install ME3 Demo so that Demo and your PC can run smoothly.
And another bad news for me - no way I'm getting this demo 14th. Okay, the good part that when I'll get it 15th, all possible crashes / broken installers / not registering items would be fixed

Pretty pumped to be able to play all 6 classes. I'm sure I will be able to spend hours replaying the demo with the different classes and different builds.
I just hope that the mouse sensitivity/movement can be edited like in ME2. The default mouse sensitivity in that game, on the PC, is extremely high and jittery. Hopefully, it's either corrected or I can edit the .ini files again to get a smooth sensitivity.

But for me - I don't want to start playing without importing a save, and if I start playing I'll want to continue right to the end which isn't possible. And I won't be touching MP until finishing the story first, so will wait for release - it's only 3 weeks after the demo.

It's about the balancing in the game. Since many fans complained that ME2 was too action-packed and the role-playing aspects were cut back a great deal, BioWare decided to let the people choose how they want to play the game. "Role-Playing" focuses on building your character with all the powers and so on, "Action" focuses on, well, as the name says... And "Story" is presumably a mix of both the extremes and focuses on the story and characters. Hope that helps.Usikan wrote...
Nice! Can someone explain the “Action, “Role-Playing”, or “Story” setting, please? I am curious. Thanks!
Anyway, I'm glad we have a solid date now and this whole speculating is pretty much over. Tbh, Feb 14th is a bit disappointing considering the long timespan fans have already been waiting... and all the announcements before. On the other hand... it seems the demo will be great and quite extensive, so there is something to look forward to indeed.

So Bioware lets you play a sizeable portion of the game for free, and you're complaining that this free sample isn't coming when you want it?KadianK wrote...
It's pathetic that they are releaseing the Demo 2-3 weeks before the game is released. We was told it was going to be released in January and now that it's here, we have to wait another month, for the Demo.

Wow.
And you could, you know, start playing it after Valentines day. Its not a one day thing.

So they're giving you free access to parts of the game before relase, and you're having a go at them because its a bit later then they originally planned.AlphaJarmel wrote...
I should be more annoyed with all the trolling Bioware has done in regards to the date but I really don't care anymore. I have better things to do than be pissed at a company for being douchebags.
And they're the douchebags?

They not only flat out stated the demo would be released in January, they also tweeted that the demo would be out sooner than you think. Please please explain to me how a ****ing month is sooner than I think? I would have been fine if they had kept their mouths shut or if they had just outright stated earlier this month or last month that there had been a delay till February.
And it's not like they're releasing this out of the pure goodness of their hearts. It's part of marketing in order to help sales.
