Guys, I await in anxious anticipation for ME3, and I still ask for the Voice functionality for the PC (PLEASE!!!).
HOWEVER!

Using Voice Commands to Command Squad Mates - Complete and Total WIN!
Using Voice Commands to Switch Own Weapons, Use Own Powers, Do Own Actions - Simple and Cheap Gimmick, and quite an Immersion Failure!

Just don't do that.
