Faith is the last dlc quest for the exiled prince. Once you have warned Elthina there is no more than perhaps a final question belief with Sebastian depenant on that you get him to 100 friendship or rivalery.

Did you already read the letter for "The Last Straw"? That is the final quest and will trigger as soon as you enter the Gallows. Did you do "Best Served Cold"? (At the end of that one, you will have picked up the last Hawke Champion armor piece--the helm). It's the last plot required quest you must do prior to "The Last Straw".

but I see other people doing more missions with that.
so that's all I get for paying 7.99 is telling a woman to Leave Kirkwall?
but other peoples websites have said there's more quests.

for the Exiled Prince you get 3 additional quests, the first is "Duty" done in Act 1. You kill several bands of mercenaries for him (its what he was posting on the chanters board when you first see him). In Act 2 you actually get to pick him up as a companion and further investigate who was behind the murder of his family. I think the quest is called "Redemption?" which has one of the funniest scenes in the game. In Act 3, you get another quest called "Faith" in which Leliana has a cameo appearance as one of the Divine's agents sent to Kirkwall.
That, along with any items you pick up from those three quests is pretty much it. Sebastian is also a fully interactive NPC (like Shale was) who has his own banters (if you can stand all the 'Maker-speak') and dialogues with Hawke.
A female Hawke can flirt with him and if you haven't flirted with/romanced anyone else, he will propose a 'chaste' marriage in Act 3 which Bethany/Carver will acknowlege in Legacy and in MotA, Bethany makes a comment about "You lucky b*tch" (meaning Hawke) if you have her and Sebastian in the group.
All total, I felt the additional quests/items were worth it for 7.99.

Repentance. It has a pretty large payout and some good gear.

Sebastians dlc is the only one you can't do whenever you want. You have to do his act 1 quest in act 1, his act 2 quest in act 2 and his act 3 quest in act 3. At least I am pretty sure that the quest are gone once the act is over.
That is because he is a fully developed companion and thus have a companion arc like the other characters. (He joins in act 2)

You can pick up Sebastian's initial quest after Act 1 but you have to do them in order. So Duty, followed by Repentence.

Well, if you do any other playthroughs of DA2, you'll be able to access those other quests.

yea, you will be able to see Sebastian's intro scene as soon as you pick up Varric and head over the the Chantry Courtyard right after the prologue (if you wish). One of the fun things is the replayability of the game, choosing a different class, personality, making different choices. I've played through over a dozen times over the past 10 months and still find something new, some new dialogues, etc.
