This will sound weird but where can you find the Dabus character models and animations in the Planescape: Torment files? Also once I've extracted them what program can I use to view them or save them onto my computer? (I can probably find the second part out myself mind you)

I'm not going to use them to breach copyright or anything, I'll probably just use it as a forum avatar or in forum posts or something, I just have no idea how this stuff works with the infinity engine.

EDIT: I found the .bam file I was looking for and I opened it with BAMworkshop, now how can I turn it into a .gif?
