I live in India and Kinect currently does not support voice recognition here. Is there an update to Kinect Voice Recognition incoming that will allow it to be used in more countries? I read somewhere that such an update was scheduled before ME3 was released, but the recent Dashboard Update for XBox didn't seem to add that capability.
Also, some people are suggesting changing your current location in the XBox settings to the US. Is that acceptable, will it cause problems trying to play online?

YES!! I really need to know this as well. I'm from Norway and as such I clearly have no idea what this "English" is all about. I can only use voice commands on my xbox dashboard when I'm not connected to XBL. When I connect it figures I'm not from the UK or US and promptly turns off that functionality. Great work. No, really. Way to go MS... -.-
Will ME3 care about this? Will I have to play it in offline mode, or will it just listen for voice commands regardless of where in the world you are. Please Bioware. Let me speak English. I'm begging you.
This is sort of important for a lot of people, because the Kinect voice recognition is not available in most countries. Sure, it's available in the big languages like English, French and Spanish, but that's not everyone. Far from it. And us from other countries are not used to localized stuff anyway, so we can and will gladly tell Liara to bend backwards in English, no problem whatsoever.
Can someone please confirm that voice commands will work in the whole world?

Voice recognition on the dashboard cannot be used here in Hungary neither , but Halo CEA permits the use of voice recognition even when I'm on Xbox Live. In English, of course. So I guess ME3 will do the same.

@mybudgee, you're sort of right too. If I can use my Kinect in ME3 it will be the first time I'm actually using it for anything meaningful, other than just "trying it out". So yeah. Wasn't quite worth it. Got it dirt cheap tho, so no real harm done
