To those that have the scripting ability I don't; I think it would be a good addition to have the PC version camera have the ability to pitch up and down when in "top down/tactical mode".  (aka right click would pitch the camera as well instead of just turn in tactical view)  This would give the ability to see a little farther than the current view provides.

Anyone think this is a good idea?
