I recently bought some points so I could purchase Mass Effect 2 DLC. The first set of points went thorugh fine, but when I tried to purchase a second set (1200 points) I lost connection briefly, but it ended up going through my paypal, charging me money. The points, however, have not been added to my account and the transaction is listed as unconfirmed. I have both my paypal transaction listings and my EA transaction number, but I can't find any email for support to ask about this.

I also was charged but still pending i hope it dose not go thru or I'll to get mad, because I did not get my points i was some error.
