Heya!

So I tried downloading all the ME2 DLC (well buying Bioware points first which was a hazzle) First purchase went fine, and I pretty much went through all that in an instant by buying the Shadow broker and Arrival DLC. Then I bought more BW points, 1200 in total, and whilst doing this I got redirected to the ME3 website a couple of times, things couldn't be processed, redirects to other parts of bioware websites and honestly nowhere near where I wanted to go.

So I closed the browser and did it all again, managed to buy the 1200 points and then after buying Kasumi, I got this:

The purchase requested is not authorized. The account you are trying to credit has been deleted (Account WALLET).

So what's up with that? I am totally unable to access my credit I bought with my hard earned money?

Well after trying it again the problem seems to be resolved...

There are a lot of bugs with the website of Bioware though! (and I used Chrome, Firefox and IE, and only IE really worked...)

Actually, what we see is a majority are trying to ignore the unsuitability of WiFi for accuracy and uncorrupted downloads.
