That's no fun. You might try going in to Firefox's old queue. Is it an older machine that just has trouble with new software? If so; try using this still supported copy of FF 3.x (http://www.mozilla.o.../all-older.html)
Otherwise; Chrome is extremely light. I hate recommending it, but it barely dings computer resources; and you might get lucky with it.

Even the other laptop, which to use involved waking other members of the family at close to 1am, refused to process it and both firefox & IE keep giving me the middle finger. I was literally in the process of signing in to admit defeat when I saw your post. Five panic stricken minutes later, I nabbed my pair. THANK-FREAKIN-YOU.

That was way more (CENSORED) stressful than it had any right to be.

I'm glad that worked for you guys! I hate suggesting new accounts because there's always an iffyness about the ghost order coming back to haunt you (haha) but.. everything's worth a try.
(I happen to work for another ecommerce company that develops ecommerce software like the one Treehouse uses, so I just wracked my brain at all the issues we've had pop up and what caused them/how we solved them)
You guys got lucky; I'm training new employees this month on our platforms so my memory is fresh on all these kind of weird quirks that ecommerce carts can have!

By the way; 34 left at this time. Looks like you guys snuck those in in the nick of time there!
If anyone else has major problems with ordering and can't beat the buzzer getting an order in, give Treehouse 24 hours to clear out duplicate/declined orders and see if you can snap up one of those. After that, message me; I might be willing to part with the 2nd copy (I ordered 2) at original price/shipping costs.
I'd rather another dedicated fan have my second copy than it just collect dust in the tube/flat forever.
