So aside from the two crushed tubes, anyone else have issues with the tube packaging? This is indeed a very big print, and flat packing it may be a bit more prone to damage. Just wondering if it being rolled up has resulted in any rippling/spider web effect on the paper once unrolled. Cheers.

Mine has a very small ripple on the right side of the print, but it's in a dark color area and very small so I'm not too concerned about it. I think I'd rather keep my number than try my odds with a different one that could be damaged just as bad if not worse.

So I just took the litho out of the damaged tube and to my surprise, there's only one litho in there. I ordered two. Sigh. Here we go with the whole customer service thing again. I haven't even inspected the one litho yet. Hopefully it's not damaged; but yeah, one missing litho. :(

Same here. I e-mailed treehouse and apparently this happened to a lot of people.

I just looked over the litho and lamentably, it's not in great shape. A lot of rippling, some big creases, one slightly bent corner, something that looks like a smudge. ugh.

What's really upsetting is that this (the damage to the lithos) is the same lame story that we've been through over and over again. This is something that could have been prevented easily if they just had competent people packing the lithos. Sigh.

Here are pics of the damage to my litho:

In this first pic, you can see a big vertical crease in the upper left area:

Terrible rippling along most of the top of the litho:

They should source it out to the PRC to work these, they're the pros at making and packing.

By the way, I could not tell that the litho was damaged when it was wrapped in the plastic. It wasn't until I took it out of the plastic that I realized the extent of the damage. You all might want to take it out of the plastic to see if it really is in good condition.

Sorry to see that. Just rip it up and ask for a replacement is my best guess, not sure if they still honor that policy. Treehouse must be having a lot of fun with reprints.

Yeah, they're sending me my second litho too, and they're gonna let me know if there's anything that can be done about the damaged litho. Hopefully this all ends well. My wall is ready for this litho!

I got both my lithos at the same time, guess I was one of the lucky few who ordered two and got two straight away! I got 123/500 and 178/500, so they're definitely being random about the numbers here.

After seeing what Vault101 survivor said, I pulled both lithos from the plastic (I had transferred both in to one plastic/cardboard case so I could put my Team litho in the other, since, for whatever reason, it arrived in only tissue paper, no plastic or cardboard) taking a look at them from the back, I can see the same (not nearly as pronounced as Vault's though) 'rolling creases' they're especially pronounced at one end of the litho, my guess is the side they were originally rolled from.

I'm a little sad to see that, but thankfully it's basically undetectable from the image side.

Your right, normally when you order two they are numbers next to each other.   Nice to see they caught on with this.

Also glad to hear damage is very minimal.  Although mine being international these will be going through even more sets of hands so hope its ok.  Sounds like everyones are taking a little knock on the way so far

I have a question about the Earth Alliance packaging. Is the cardboard sheet that's backing the litho in the plastic sleeve acid-free? I'm wondering if storing it with anything that isn't acid-free will yellow the lithograph. Any knowledge on this subject?

It has been quite a while since I've posted on this forum. Does BioWareStoreJedi still post updates as to when the releases are to take place? I missed out on my chance for this litho and would love to know when there will be another opportunity.

I'm pretty sure MsDomino said that this was the only opportunity to get a signed/numbered copy, but there is a chance of a mini-litho or a non-limited reprint in the future as they did with ME2's The Team litho. Just keep your ears to the ground, I think. :wizard:
