It worked at the 11 AM scheduled drop for me. I was going to pay with paypal and I clicked the paypal link, but the paypal link was basically dead (probably due to the heavy traffic.) I thought I was done for sure when I hit the dead page. Luckily though, I went back to the payment page with no problem and proceeded to pay with my card.
Yeah, Paypal is generally regarded as not the best choice for payment if you actually want the litho... their systems are slow and people have lost out on lithos before just because of the paypal delay. Best to stick with paying with your card directly if you want it.

Yeah, the other half will be released in a few hours. Surprised how quickly this batch went since it wasn't one of the "icon" lithographs and was quite expensive. I guess people are hungry since it's a while since the last ones!Nameless one7 wrote...

I think it was a good compromise. Everybody on this thread was able to get at least 1, so people that really wanted the litho have been satisfied, and there is still the second release.

I agree 1 per customer would have been better, though fortunately most litho fans seem to have been able to grab one this release despite that, hopefully that'll be the same for litho fans at the next one.

Last time they took feedback into account and tried to let "fans" get the lithos they wanted at the expense of Ebayers they almost killed the golden goose by flooding the market. The last litho run still isn't sold out. The major reason there is demand for these things is a bit of scarcity. Remove scarcity such that everybody who wants one gets one and all of a sudden people don't want them any more.
Everyone not being able to get one is the only way to make sure people want them in the first place. They are art, yes, but they are also collectibles.

I think if they had lower prices on the lithos to 30 dollars again and increased the run size it wouldn't be such a bad thing.
