I like how no one's questioned that. I like Thane quite a bit and I'm now being acquainted with Leng but I think I'd like him a bit more. However, learning espionage tactics and sneaking around to get past people without being seen then sneaking out again is not good for someone who has to mow down 300 people before reaching his target.

The latter can get into hand to hand combat with a Krogan Battlemaster or Warlord and win. Hell the latter survived a freaking point blank hypervelocity round the skull. Zaeed is a freaking Krogan.
Well at least Thane & Zaeed seem to have actual charecter to them. Leng feels a bit flat.

Well, its not exactly the players choice. They are essentially tricked into having Shepard sound like a ******.
My personal favorite moment of Shepard's is when he/she walks up...to a reaper artifact that imprints VISIONS into your brain... and doesn't seem too remember the effect that these things have on people.
