First: When you start a new encounter on pause and everyone goes hostile, you should be able to target enemies and input an action. But as it stands you cannot. You unpause, then repause again and try it again... doesnt work. You unpause and repause again the third time some actions start to work and the fourth try you get it. Now While enemies can cast on you but you cannot on them seems ridiculous.
Second: When your guys are running towards enemies and want to attack, they but up against enemies then enemies push them out of the way then they start to follow but drop target. This happens every fight where I command my tank to run up and attack an enemy who is charging my mage. The Tank will not attack and then just gets pushed out around the enemy who continues unattacked to the back lines. There is NO reason an enemy running past you should prevent you from attacking him so long he is within range. Yes, you can use taunt but when enemies are spread out and you want to attack first one then use taunt when others get closer it makes this annoying. How this got past beta is beyond me.
For me those two things are the biggest annoyances when playing which hurt the game experience for me. Hope someone listens *crosses fingers*

I'm not having either of those issues to the degree you describe. I've not noticed the second one at all, and I've only noticed that sometimes the autopause will wipe the casting action of one of my mages when I switch from her to my main. Not consistently though, and I never have to try several times to get actions to work.

They're both engine related, so might be pretty difficult to tweak, but I do agree. Watching an enemy run straight by your tank, when you've ordered that tank to smack the guy, and reach your healer before he can do anything about it (i.e. when he stands still to take a swing at your Mage and your tank finally catches up), is pretty frustrating.

This, really.
I get insanely pissedat the ammount of time it takes things to 'go hostile' sometimes since I figure if I can see it i should be able to hurt it with range attacks, but nce things ae hostile I have nver had an issue targeting them.

The issue I have is that when i mouse over them it shows a Sword symbol that they are hostile/can be attacked, but I click on them and it will not select them. So I click on them, try to cast spell but it will not let me so I must unpause and repause. Also simple things like going into stealth mode do not work either during this initial few second period.
