I have downloaded and installed the DLC's with my account, where they have been registered with my Promo Code. But I cannot access them ingame - I always get the message i shall log in with the account that has purchased the DLC's - What to do?

I don't buy any DLC. There are, however, pinned sticky threads on top here about sorting the problems. You should refer to those.
