Neither. He's a bumbling ******.

Don't they teach you to to follow your leader in basic training-oh wait, he was under the command of Tali.

In that case, he's heroic, but very impulsive.

Miranda isn't practical enough to be a good leader the chief human-interest organization in the galaxy. She wanted to blow up the Collector base after all.

TIM isn't the best leader and frankly I don't think Cerberus needs one, but Miranda isn't a good replacement.

Also, I agree BlueMagitek, and others. Prazza was brave and had good reason to mistrust Tali and Shepard/Cerberus. It was mostly bad luck and fate that did him in. Sure, with Shepard's help he might have got passed the heavy mech, but then trusting Shepard and Cerberus might have just delayed the inevitable.

Either way it was a risk but Prazza at least took the path that he thought would get his people out of the dangerous situation faster.

And he paid the ultimate price for it. Such is the way for a ****** like Prazza.

Saphra, that OP is one of the best secret guises for a RENEGADE > PARAGON thread I've ever seen.

By making the post about an inconsequential character like Prazza, you've deflected any suspicion while deliberately forcing Paragon players to come to terms with why they make decisions that directly conflict with their opinions on other characters' decisions. Vis-à-vis, Paragon players are hypocrites. Brilliant.

Your last two sentences gave yourself away.

Well I didn't want to be too sly about it.

Excuses? No. Despite putting it right there in the OP most people didn't even notice or think about it. You cannot overestimate people here.

Prazza is an idiot, he got what he deserved. Can't remember if he is alive but i hope he suffers for the unfortunate deaths that could of been avoided.

Clever. It took me a bit to figure out that you were looking in the wrong place. Prazza didn't need to charge ahead; he could have not trusted Cerberus and still at least looked for a heavy mech when there'd already been a crapload of light mechs earlier. What he would have done about it is unclear, but he probably could have seen the heavy mech before he got caught in its firing radius.

Maybe, sure. Or perhaps he didn't think a tiny little colony would even have a heavy mech. Perhaps he thought Cerberus was a bigger a threat than the mechs.

For the record, those heavies are pretty small when they are folded up and there were several large crates in the area that may have obscured them.

There are numerous speculations one can offer, but the point remains that not trusting Cerberus was far from Prazza's only mistake, and very likely not the one that got him killed, at least by itself.

Honestly, can't blame him for not trusting Shepards group. Miranda proves that when she advocates taking Veetor with Cerberus, when Talis teams goal was basiclly to get him out safetly.

He was a hero, all he wanted to do was prove cerberus is actually bad and also Prazza was about to pay for the booze and pizza.which makes him a hero in my book

I think the lesson we can take from this is that you should never rush forward blindly and that it is smart to cooperate with Cerberus (or any other group) if you can.

I love it when Prazza tells Shepard why they dont trust Cerberus and MJ says, ``Thats not how I would put it exactly.`` Really, how else would you put it? Thats exactly what happened.

Actually, Miranda was planning on backstabbing the quarians and snatching Veetor. Shepard the wild card is the only thing that might stop her. So Prazza was right not to trust Cerberus; his only error may have been in not trusting Tali (emphasis on "might").

killing that many people so you can continue to conduct illegal experiments does not need to be personal. Though, MJs stupidity is obvious so I guess I can get over this.

Would it have been better if it were personal?

"Dear quarians,

We attacked you because you mean a lot to us. We think about you every day.

Love, Cerberus"

PS: Love the suits!

Do you know exactly why Cerberus attacked the Fleet?

It would have been better if they didnt do it all. Or if MJ could at least admit it that what they did was wrong.

Well I don't know that it was wrong but the bad blood that resulted shouldn't be a surprise.

But you are right, Saphra, it would have been MUCH worse if it was personal :D.
