I wouldn't say sad, frustrating if anything. Obviously I clear don't know Casey, but from what I've seen and heard he seems like a genuine good person. Mass Effect is in many ways like his child (yes I know using the metaphor might be a bit extreme) but he believes in it on a level most people cannot. 

If someone said something bad about something you believed in, naturally you won't like it. But I'm sure he has thick skin being in the industry he's in. Best way to prove people wrong is by your results, which Mass Effect 3 shall be. 

The fact that they kept the KOTOR poster behind him I think serves as a friendly reminder...

Love that game. It's my inspiration too

I'm glad Vega seems to actually have a personality (not very familiar with Prinze, Jr.; I was always think of his dad when I see his name somewhere), though if he was talking to (my Fem)shep that way, I am going to feed him his lungs.

Yeah, "Lola" is what he calls Femshep. Broshep is "Loco". Everybody gets nicknames.

Guess they were right when they said the character is based on Sawyer from Lost.

What new info? All I heard was that protheans apparently came close to defeating the reapers before. In all my playthroughs I've never heard this. Unless I over looked it, but I don't think thats something I'd overlook.

Must be new info. Remember the communication network of the prothains was down, according to Vigil.

I feel like if this is new info, its an easy way out of a hole bioware dug themselves into. This many reapers coming into the galaxy, and all of a sudden the protheans have some secret way to perhaps destroy them? I'm watching the vigil conversation now, all 18 minutes, so I can see if it mentions anything about doing anything other than enduring the centuries of reaper attacks. I'm a little mad about this. I feel like its a cheap plot.

This idea of earning characters skins in MP is really sexy. I hope they can amp that up.

Again, I'm not a multiplayer fan, but this actually looks fun. I'm more than willing to dive into it. Also, from everything I've seen so far, including the new snippets tonight, I think I can safely say I'm going to love this. Cliche, but... Game of the year 2012.

You know, I agree, but still. This sort of thing is almost as bad as NBA games where the likes of Joe Johnson or Deron Williams knocks down a three while double-teamed and the crowd starts chanting "MVP! MVP!"

True, but they clearly said "As you already know, the Protheans came close to defeating the Reapers once before, and Liara is there (on Mars) digging through artifacts to find some clues"

Not exactly word for word, but as accurate as I can be.

If we already know (which WAS an exact statment) where do we know it from?
