Also hey JeffZero, I respect your opinion, so what was the most FADKGJTALRFADAAAWESOME moment you saw in there?
Quickly, people, links before the Monster wears off! I'd like to start downloading before I hit the sack so I can have goodies in the morning.
Man, I wish I had a link for you. I hope it's uploaded ASAP.
Uh, man, one moment? One scene? Oi. There were several AHSSOROCKING pieces, but a letter run-on quite that long? Hmm, probably the fast-paced shots of the space battles. I knew I'd enjoy that, but I didn't think I'd pin them higher than the character bits I saw. Just not usually how I am. But they really do look THAT good. Blew my mind.

A lot of short clips.
Giant Reaper space battle
Liara popping up a singularity and shooting down the enimies like they're pigeons
Some clips of Ash in her armor
TIM and Shepard confontation
Kai Leng was shown (I didn't see him though)
James Vega= Freddie Prinze Jr.
You saw a harvester and a few other new aliens/monsters for the first time.
*Inconspicuous Assumption*: So you're confirming that was Kai Leng, right?

Hate to break it to ya' Chris, but it wasn't the first time we've seen Harvesters. People have gotten caps of them from other stuff you've released (and stuff you didn't want released..).

For all we know Nobezy, Its explained in more detail in the final copy of ME 3. Remember by now Liara has had enough time to go through all of the Shadow Broker files.Nobezy wrote...

True, but they clearly said "As you already know, the Protheans came close to defeating the Reapers once before, and Liara is there (on Mars) digging through artifacts to find some clues"Someone With Mass wrote...

Vigil was in an isolated research facility. He couldn't have possibly known everything that was going on in the war.
Especially when he was designed to keep the facility in check and nothing else.
Not exactly word for word, but as accurate as I can be.
If we already know (which WAS an exact statment) where do we know it from?
We'll we know from ME 2 that there was something about the Protheans that kept the Reapers from being able to harvest them, hence turning them into the Collectors. They were also the most advanced species in the galaxy at the time, perhaps the put up a bigger fight for the Reapers than anyone might have thought.....
True. They only became Collectors through extensive genetic modification. However, Vigil claims they survived centuries, no more than that. Emphasis on the word "survived". They never faught back, they couldn't. After watching Vigil talk for 18 minutes I've learned nothing new, so the rest is, I guess, left to imagination. This doesn't satisfy me personally, I feel like if some breakthrough way of defeating the reapers is out there, it should have been present (while not obvious) throughout the trilogy. It reaaaally bothers me how he said "as we already know", because as I've also mentioned - in all my playthroughs I've never once heard a damned thing about this. Putting in 450+ hours of gameplay in both games, and this is new info to me. I'm stumped..

You've got to wonder why the Protheans were watching earth, too. That may have something to do with it. Shepard's the only one that can find out, seeing as he has the cipher.
You'll find out soon enough. Someone in the game is a bit of an expert on that topic.

So glad I DVR'd this, got to skip all the commercials and Call of Duty junk. Which left, sadly, only 5-10 minutes of ME3.
