Vega and the game is looking awesome.

Seriously though TIM should know that the laws of the freaking universe forces Shepard to screw up Cerberus plans. At least my Shepard has been doing a lot.

I'm just going to say this, it's been bugging me ever since I watched the video. In the exact scene you mention, the moment when Shepard and Anderson get a close-up as they stare at the Reaper descending outside. Shep's eyes do this weird bulge for a split second which had me in laughing fits. Seriously, I double-checked. It's a hilarious screwup.

I kinda thought that but it's been redesigned. That GTTV episode was awesome.

True. I think that people just don't take the time to look at the pic before asking. They see something big and dark, and immediately , oow what the hell is that thing ?

I wonder how Shepard is able to get that close though.

Not because it's hostile or anything (We did save her ass, and it doesn't seem to be hostile in the trailer) but on Tuchanka the Krogan on the loudspeaker mentions how only Krogan could survive the enviornment where Rachni queens nest; Aethyta's dad said something similar too.

I don't remember the Shaman saying anything like that. I do remember him saying that Tuchanka was a planet in which only krogan could thrive, and the rachni an enemy only krogan could defeat.

Rachni, like krogan, appear to be able to tolerate a wide range of conditions. The queen was perfectly fine in the lab, and out in the snows of Noveria afterward. Her offspring were perfectly functional traipsing about in Peak 15, a place built for your standard oxygen-breathing species to live and work in. So the obvious answer is that she settled down on a world that is tolerable to humans and other species. Which we already knew from what her asari emissary told us: she lived with the queen for quite awhile.

The graphics looked great but it was mostly clips from cutscene movies, I would expect them to look great. In ME2 the hidden trailer movie at the start was so good it made Miranda's face actually look feminine and pretty.

I am still sold on the game. I preordered 2 copies of the collectors edition back in October.

Vega is as dull as I expected him to be, and with a (typically, but not always) dull actor. On the plus side, the lighting, graphics and epic space battle levels have been ramped up well past 11 this time. I have no idea how much this game cost to make, but it looks like it probably cost a lot more than ME2. Either that, or they just have some graphics and animation wizards.

There were a great many noticeable improvements in the actual gameplay segments.  You're right about the Miranda comment though.  Can't wait until in game models look like that as far as realism.
