Hi, this seems like the most appropriate forum to post this in so that is what I am doing:

When I originally bought Mass Effect 2 on steam I created this account at bioware, activated cerberus network, and then played through the game and what not. In preparation for Mass Effect 3, I decided I was going to play through Mass Effect 2 again and buy all the DLC, so I decided I would start with the Arrival. However, I couldn't remember my password for this account so I made a new account, assuming I would just be able to play all the DLC I had since it was on my computer's hard-drive. But when I played I found that I could only play the DLC on the new account, and I had to be logged in to this account to play the Cerberus Network DLC. So I just played on the new account, and the Arrival was really cool. But I recently tried to log back on to this account again, just for kicks, and it worked!

So I was wondering, is it possible for an administrator or someone to merge my two accounts, or transfer the DLC from this one to the other? I can give the username for the other account if it's possible to transfer, and I could log on and say that I agree or whatever so you know it's me, I would just really like to be able to play all the DLC without having to buy a whole new Cerberus Network or a whole new Arrival DLC...

This is a peer to peer forum, gamers to gamers, no Bioware. You need EA, official support, link at the bottom center of the page here.
