Oh please... That was really nothing, the amount of valor gained wasn't that extreme. The valor gains were partially bugged for a lot of people anyway. If few people gained more than 10 valor ranks that day, I'd be really surprised. Most gained 1-5. Champion's gear is really easy to come by and it's not that much worse than Battlemaster. Some people just need a reason to whine about anything they do with this game.

Lol I gained like a crap load I don't pvp at all and tried it myself look at the video I posted. Servers have been doing that now and I've been joining in.

Removing the unsubscribe button is unforgivable IMO. The bugs and what not seem to be getting quick and adequate attention. I pretty much hate EA for forcing me to subscribe in the first place. Just let me play for 1 month free. Then after that I can subscribe if I feel like it. And, if I ever want to unsubscribe (which I did) it should be a very very VERY simple, painless, unfrustrating process. It's blatantly obvious that subsciption tactics are cheap tricks to money grab.

This isn't the only reason why TOR is failing so badly. I've looked around other sites and found that people are being banned for simply playing the game with reasons like:

-Farming: apparently not allowed in the game
-Spending too much time at the trade center...no seriously.
-Sending items to alt characters....
-Swearing/Curse Words: Surely Bioware can just use a language filter like wow does?
-Venturing off the main path...again what?
-Banned for using an internet meme.

You get the idea, being banned for just about doing anything. Not to mention hiding the unsubscribe button which I find just sad. Oh and there's the insane amount of censorship on the forums where legitimate critical analysis is being handed out bans too, not to mention how useless the customer support has been. But by far the worst is the die hard fan boys, they're actually defending all the crap going on in the game at the moment. If this stuff happened on something like wow people would be going insane.

Think of it as a learning experience.

After that, people started unsubscribing. That is when magically the button to unsubscribe in account settings disappeared. When people found a workaround by entering the URL directly, Bioware locked EVERY SINGLE THREAD on the topic and instead directed everyone to customer service (like that would ever help). They HAD the solution in front of them and Bioware actively tried to hide it.

Lol, that's just evil.

Really? I use to send stuff to my alts on WOW all the time to help em out a bit or have my brother send something to me (Same account). An spendng to much time in the trade center? O no someone is waiting for an item they need. Ventruing off the main path? I had to read that twice. What does that even mean? Can't explore?

Ah cmon Woo's my bro. Except when he's not.

No need to add insult to injury. Just be.. compassionate to those still on the TORtanic. I'm sure they'll have the bugs plowed up by the time the game's reputation is completely annihilated.

Are you subscribed to TOR Volus? We could start a murderous rampage that could destroy the servers hosting the game :wizard:

Let's see.. femicrybabies, abundant ad hominem, blatant off-topic advertising, and ra-ra-support the gays. I don't see where it's worse than this forum.

Never experienced ANY of the issues you mentioned. Nobody I know is having issues "farming" or sending items to alts.

Every time I've looked at my subscription page, the "cancel account" icon is there. Never noticed it go missing. If it did, it was for a very short period of time...no more than a few hours.

MOST of the complaints about the game are 100% unfounded, based on my experiences. A handful are particularly annoying, and there are definitely a large amount of bugs that are putting me off. The biggest issue is Customer service for the game is god-awful. Most of the time you get cookie cutter responses, some times tickets get deleted for no reason, and if you do manage to get ahold of a rep, they ask pretty idiotic questions that their in game tool should keep track of.

Difference is, if you get banned from this forum, you don't get locked out of your own games.

My stepbrother kept insisting this game was eventually gonna be as big and popular as WoW.

I consistently denied it.

I think most people are pissed off by the PR department, and the censorship, as they call it.

But yes, this all was quite suspected.
