So I romanced Tali at the end and she went to Shepard's room, when your going through the Omega Relay. But I can't call her to Shepard's room for some reason and when I talk to Tali ("I want to talk about you.") but Tli keeps asking if I'm interested being with her and all I am so I can only pick "Only if it's safe."
But then there's this thing with Jack who thinks she and my Shepard have something and she complains about me being with Tali and I say "I still interested in her (Tali)".
What is going on? Am I in a relationship with Tali? Because I want to be. Can anyone tel me what's going on?

Land on a hub world (Illium, Citadel, etc), and then get back onto the Normandy. Then, head up to your cabin, and you should be able to summon her to your room.

It didn't work. But here is a more detailed description of what is going on/wrong.
So I romanced Tali at the end and she went to Shepard's cabin, when your going through the Omega Relay. But I can't call her to Shepard's room for some reason and when I talk to Tali ("I want to talk about you.") but Tali keeps asking if I'm interested being with her and all I am, so I can only really pick "Only if it's safe." and if I choose either of the other I'll lose my chance to be in a relationship with her. And I've already defeated the Collectors and destroyed the base.

What is going on? Am I in a relationship with Tali? Because I want to be when Mass Effect 3 rolls along. So can anyone tell me what's going on?

Try to see if you can "dump" Jack. I really don't know what could be happening but maybe some sequence got broken and Jack thinks you're into her or something.

I tried that, but it won't work. All I can really say is "I'm still interested in her (Tali)" I'm tempted to restart my game again.

Wait, that option that says you're still interested in her, is that while you're talking to Jack or Tali? Because if it pops up during your talk with Jack, maybe you're saying you're still interested in Jack instead of Tali. Failing that, there has to be some options while talking to Jack. Try all of them and see what happens.
