This is a bug in the game build where it keeps creating new files rather than uploading the old ones.

[Edit] Hmm. I'm trying to delete Lyle, but the page just sticks on "Loading..." after saying OK. It doesn't complete. Is the deletion of characters glitched at all right now?
[Edit 2] Ah, there we go. I got Lyle deleted, though it took a bit and I had to delete another character to get Lyle part way deleted. Will continue and see how far I get.

[Edit] Man, that's wonky. I just restarted the game again, and this time it says 0 of 100 online, which is correct. Guess it'll just be something to keep an eye on for me.

Good to hear! You will need to load and save each of your characters that you want re-uploaded, as well as manually uploading any screenshots you want online. Please post if things are still broken after that.

Do saves from Dragon Age: Journeys take online profile storage space?
Not in relation to your storage on the social site, no. After I deleted all my characters here, I had 0 files online, but I still had Journeys saves over there.

Thanks, good to know. After hitting the issue with connection timeouts I found out about the storage issues and I've been trying to clean my storage since. I have 4 used space that I can't account for but at least profiles are working properly now.
What I've noticed is new screenshots appearing after a while (although I've disabled automatic screenshot upload for quite a while now) so probably they were being cached somewhere and are getting added after a while. Maybe there's more of them that have not been updated yet.
EDIT: My assumption was correct, more screenshots popped up. I deleted them and now I'm at 16 used storage (4x4chars) which is normal.

Just a few minutes ago, I checked my Player Profile screenshots section and it again shows 40/100 files online. There are no screenshots showing in my account, and I only have two characters uploaded now. I have automatic uploading of screenshots off. I attempted to test an upload of screenshots shortly after I had fixed the character issue described earlier, but it didn't work. Perhaps it worked, after all, and these new 40/100 are mostly screenshots that I cannot access again (so I can't delete them).
In case it's related, I'm constantly (every frew minutes) getting in game errors about being unable to connect to the Dragon Age servers (although I'm always logged in) with occassional time-outs.

- If the game is running and I delete a character from the website, looking at the profile in-game returns the -1 storage error regardless of what it was before. Relogging does not help, but so far it seems restarting the game will correctly update the status. I do not know if it is the same for screenshots.
- Saving a game will correctly upload the character as-saved if the character does not already exist on the site. That is, to update a character I must first delete it from the site, then re-save (and then wait for it to appear), but that has so far worked consistently (it has never not uploaded/displayed characters that do not exist).
- Achievements are correctly uploaded at regular intervals (game save?) but do not show up on the activity feed until I delete a character. This behaviour has so far been consistent.
- In-game, previously uploaded screenshots show up as "Online" if they have been uploaded, whether they have since been deleted from the site or still exist there. I no longer have screenshot uploading enabled, I don't know if that matters; I have not manually uploaded any screenshots.
- At the time of writing, I have 11 achievements, 0 characters, and 1 screenshot (though I could swear I deleted both screenshots last night; I will update if this changes). The game tells me I'm using 6 storage units.
- I, too, am getting occasional notifications that the game is unable to access my online storage, though if memory serves so far only when I'm experiencing the -1 storage issue.

This would be that forum, and they're working on allowing users to select the correct account if they have more than one.Eternity In Black wrote...

I got a problem. My main character in game is not showing up on my "manage character" page. I have tried anything but i dont get him to show up. Think this realy suck, cuz he is lvl capped, and got kinda good gear.
