You bet. I got a Kinect for Christmas and I fully intend to use it. I'll probably adapt certain voice commands over others, particularly for powers I use often and for giving orders to my squaddies. My mouth has a better reaction time than my hands, so I could probably even get a better time out of the Kinect than I could out of my controller. (I tend to hesitate pushing the hotkeys for some reason, I can't tell you why...but when I think, "Oh, I wanna use incinerate," I have been known to blurt out, "INCINERATE!" during battle. And this was before any talk of Kinect being in ME3. XD) My Kinect is also pretty responsive, so I guess we'll have to see what happens when the demo comes out.

Are you daft?

Unfortunately no, I do run console only because my Laptop is strictly not for gaming.  However, I own an older Xbox 360 Elite, and I did not buy the kinect out of a lack of interest and stringent funding.

Had I one, I'd use it.

I am really looking forward to it. I'm replaying ME2 right now and already wish I had kinect functions for switching weapons and squad powers.

I don't think I will use it for conversations though. Sometimes the dialogue wheel pops up in the middle of a sentence; speaking to the screen then sounds like you would interrupt the NPC. But who knows, I'll definitely give it a shot.

I will try it in the demo but if i find myself yelling at my T.V than i won't use it in the full game.

Well, at least doing that without hurling expletives at the characters for being stupid. :P

I bought a Kinect for my wife and kids. I'll unplug it when I play ME3.

No, not a chance.

Since it doesn't make the game handle more efficiently, in any way unless you have some horrible disorder that prevents you from using the standard setup used in the previous games, then I would recommend using it, otherwhise, hell no.

Kinect turns your voice into PC hotkeys. That sounds pretty useful to me. I don't have a Kinect though so I will not be playing ME3 with one.

The difference, however, is that when you press a button it happens, issuing a voice command takes a lot longer and you have to pray that the system understood your command. It's a nice gimmick, but it adds nothing to actual gameplay. A waste of time and money in my opinion.

I''m also not going to waste 250 bucks on something my 10 dollar mic can do too. But it's unlikely EA/Bioware/MS are going to add the option to use non-Kinect items for something simple as voice commands.

Except that horrible disorder that makes you dislike having to pause combat with the weapon/power wheels every five seconds like you're riding the world's worst rollercoaster.

That sounds like a nasty disorder indeed, if it actually makes you believe Kinect will make issuing commands/equipping weapons/interacting with environment, to be more efficient than the previous method.
I'd advice seeking immediate medical and/or psychological help.

Nope. Don't plan on buying kinect, since most of my gaming takes place late nights and yelling at my TV will only serve to wake up my family. <_<

I have a mic and Windows 7 - All that's needed. Make it happen or else.

Spiced it up a bit.^_^ On a more serious note, the delay is a problem for me as well. I was watching the Kinect demo on Game Trailers and it takes way too long from the person saying the command to the action being executed.

Kinect is 150 bucks.

Definitely, considering that opening the power wheel is a bit tedious.

I got kinect for $100... $250 is a gross exaggeration.

I don't have a Kinect. But even if I did, I wouldn't use it for ME3. Shouting orders at my screen seems ridiculous and immersion breaking, especially in dialogue. How weird is it going to be to read a line off the screen, then hear your Shepard repeat that line a second later?

No, because I play on PC. And it will be better than 360 with Kinect.

The concept for Kinect is interesting, but it's not enough for me to purchase a Kinect, let alone, the entire Mass Effect series on 360.

If I had XBOX360 and Kinect, I might use it in ME3 just to Quick Save.

That's a very handy feature.

Nah, yelling "Charge!" over and over and over would get old.

Also I find the idea whack.

No thanks, much easier for me to use the buttons instead. And with the $100+ I saved I can buy some more games I want.
