Anyone else having problems getting through their ME2 playthroughs to prep for ME3?

I think more than anything, that made it a chore for me. Just too damn buggy.
At any rate, I'm all set for ME3

For me, the tedious parts of ME2 is the very beginning(I.E. Mordin's and Garrus' recruitment) and right after Horizon when the loyalty missions start popping up. That said, the DLC never gets old(except Firewalker, I've never actually finished all of those missions). The DLC is just amazing. Yes, I love even Arrival. LotSB is my favorite followed by Overlord, then Arrival, but they are all A+ DLC in my book. The SM never gets old either. I'm on my 9th playthrough of ME2 right now, just got the Reaper IFF. I was thinking that I might want to play another Shep before ME3 comes out, like a FemShep Vanguard or a ManShep Engineer, but with the demo three weeks away, I might make this my last ME2 playthough.

In my last playthro' I just noticed the election adverts in the Citadel walls, and legion moonwalked. I try not to datamine the forums so I still get a few surprises in every replay.
One more replay left; to completely fail the suicide mission... never seen that ending (haven't had the heart to kill off the all those brilliant game characters)... and then I'm all set for ME3 with 8 NG+ saves ready for importing.

and yes you read that right... 34+ Playthroughs on ME2 so far and about half that one ME1....
I need help *cries*
ME1 was like a drug for me. I played through it 30 times or more since it didn't have New Game+.
For ME2 it has been a lot less. Somewhere around 15. Mostly because of all the Supported DLC. I love both games equally, but ME1 has that something special kinda ending for me.
Everytime Cmdr. Shepard emerges from the Wreckage it gives me chills.

and yeah, I'm having trouble getting through it. Probably because I just finished the game with my other Shep only a week or so ago, so I need some time to cool down. But also I'm waaay too excited for ME3 so I'd rather obsess over what news we have rather than play ME2 again. Ugh. I do need to finish my playthrough though..

I just have played ME2 way too much and deleted old characters, now getting through it all is a bit of a chore. Anyone else feel this way?
It's goes by faster for me when I use the console to unlock all weapons/upgrades/armor so I don't have to waste time looting crates. So the combat missions go by faster since I can run through and mow everything down. Some of the quests in ME1 are a little tedious though. I haven't played the games in a while so I still take my time with the dialogue options so I won't forget anything during ME3.

Anyone else besides myself always leave the default Male Shep but drastically alter the FemShep?
EDIT: Or if I am truley lazy or just way to burned out will just Gibbed one in.

I am still struggling setting up my canon playthrough, but they're only a few things like class choosing between Soldier or Infiltrator, killing the Rachni or not.
I wouldn't stress on that Rachni choice.

Maybe I'll go back to DA2 and get my DA:O saves imported and done instead.

I honestly enjoyed the first game a lot more, the story was so much better then the 2nd game.

Some parts of ME2 have become a chore. Most N7 assignments and some DLC, especially Overlord. And not knowing whether Shepard's power upgrades will transfer to ME3, I return to the Shadow Broker's lair often to collect the weapon upgrades there. That's a chore, too.Piddlestick wrote...
No chore at all. I usually stick the game on casual and choose different companions to vary things a bit. The save editor is a godsend... no cash, or mineral issues and I can bring the later characters into the game earlier.
In my last playthro' I just noticed the election adverts in the Citadel walls, and legion moonwalked. I try not to datamine the forums so I still get a few surprises in every replay.
But setting the game to Casual helps a great deal. I also skip some cutscenes and conversations. And of course I cheat with resources. Don't need to cheat with cash since I always have enough to buy everything available long before embarking on Reaper IFF.
As for ME1, the only part that has become a chore is mineral and signs/writings/disks collection on the UNC planets. And the Geth Incursions assignment.
