Maybe retire - or steal the Normandy with Ashley and get away to a lonely colony somewhere at the edge of the galaxy and take a long vacation. Only Anderson knows where they are and he won't tell anyone.

 paragon male shepard ending:  retire from the specters and alliance. become a trainer/coach/teacher for aspiring specters and justicars (in my super paragon playthrough i have a dream to let the ardat-yakshi justicars, then justicars work together with specters to make the galaxy a better place ). all while living together with my love Liara and our little blue children on our own space station.

Renegade male shepard ending: after securing humanity's dominance over everyone, i will become the dictator and make everyone worship me because i am the strongest being in the galaxy... of course this is all after i kill all the alien species' leaders to make sure i have no opposition.

paragade: after saving as many people as i could from the reaper invasion i go live somewhere by myself because i am the unltimate neutral person in the galaxy XD

Recommend Garrus for the spectres, remind the council they owe me big especialy over all the grief they have given me and I also expect their resignations after they have compensated me, retire somewhere.

Falcon punch anyone who annoys him/her.

Take a reaper ship, strip it of it's reaper minds, then use it to hunt down its creators.

Then harvest eggs from miranda, make perfect babies, then toss her aside and use his own genetic material to make them siblings with Liara.

Then just before his body gives out, he'll upload his mind to the reaper vessel, take a 50k year nap, wake up and proceed to the Milky Way galaxy to wipe out everyone that forgot about him and his sacrifices in order to save them.

If he dosn't die killing the Reapers, then he'll see if Ash will have him back. Then he'll tell all of the people who did't beleive him to go to hell. He'll tell the Alliance that their a binch of morons and then he'll leave in the SSV Normandy M3. The new Normandy dosn't belong to the Allience but Shepard (Thanks Illusive Man) and then he'll go somwhere quiet to live until Anderson asked him for help.
