I have two orders I paid for , one was the PC CE edition , the other was for Xbox 360. Up until today they were showing normal status but now my orders dont exist at all.
EA Store of course also shows no order's under my account page like everyone else.
Oh but they had no problem taking the money.
WTF , Now Digital River doesnt see my two orders (EA Store)

Swiss Sarl here myself and my order disappeared aswell. ontop of that Pre load is stated at 5-11 -.- well **** that, calling, canceling and ordering on steam.

Ya, same thing here.
It does not exactly do good things to my nerves this close to release/preload... might be the last time I used EASTORE.

Ya, this is the last time I use the EA store for anything. I preordered the collector's edition from them and tracking my order has been such a pain. Luckily they e-mailed me saying they shipped it but I'm still not happy with their site, customer service or lack of updates.
Amazon/Gamestop for me from now on. The Bioware store did a good job with my order of a lithograph though.

UPS and Fedex doesn't update tracking status on weekends thats not EA's fault.

The both used to until they started charging for Saturday delivery. That is a rant for another time however.

Up until today the site was showing I had no order placed, today on the date it now states when preload available it is showing my order. When I received an e-mail it did state something along these lines. Bit poor though really

And you think its some random coincidence that today of all days it disappears?
More likely then not the error is in the finalizing the order process.
So in their system you're there and your copies are being send to you as we speak.. however the customer doesnt see / get that update on their end because of some error.
Least that would be my guess and im probably right.

if you download on Steam be prepared to stay off the net for almost a full day so as to not mess with data transfer rate, if on the net then rate goes way down, so stay off, lol

Digital River still says order in process. Ea Store says No order exists.

Huh.. I was playing borlands the whole time my Steam pre-load was coming down. I was getting 2M/s the whole time, and completed in around 2 hours total.. I had no problems at all with the Steam pre-load or the bandwitdh speeds. Sounds like your connection isn't that hot?
