I want to because I lost my save games all few weeks back.. But I do not think I have enough time to spare to run through them both again. I may just have to use gibbed to recreate the save games picking choices I had made instead.

I have playthroughs with Liara, Ashley, Miranda, Tali, and Jack all ready to go.

My problem is deciding which one to import first.

I want to make a crazy Shep with a good mix of renegade and paragon choices and see how it all works out in the end, but i already have 9 Shep's ready to go haha.

Yes I am. I have a Shepard for each LI. Plus, I'm asking for a XBOX for Xmas so I can play all three. Just got the PS3 at the moment. Probably trade in both games and save up to get them for the Xbox. Then play them all over again XD

Already done, for all variants of main events I could thought of. Had some plans to add further variety, but, after "surprising news" about Cerberus turning on us, I think that I'll replay ME1&2 if Bioware decides to do something too illogical even for "lawful stupid" pattern. Kinda "spare Rachni Queen and they'll return and stole all your cookies and kill your hamster" sort of thing. Anyway, it will be just 50 hours per both games, or less, if FF all talking, do less mining or use "critical save" somewhere in midway.

im looking at doing an other play through but i dont know what style,ive done one of each class in number 1 and 2 lol with diffrent choices,and even ignoring side missions on some of them for the hell of it so i think im set for the most part lol but im willing to partner up with any one for the me3 MP side add Dead shizno for xbox

People must be on some real tight schedules if they can't finish 2 games in nearly 2 months. 

I started my playthrough a couple days ago and I'm already 1/3rd done with ME1.  Its like what, a 25-30 hour game?  Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

I complete a complete playthrough in 31 hours MAX for ME1. I just did one begining the second in about 3-4 days.

Well, some people are also playing swtor and/or Skyrim. So it can be up to 4+ games \\w work, family etc.
Don't see how it can be so suprising.

I am playing ME2 again. Decided to get the Vanguard another go this time. I forgot how much fun that class is. I went ahead and got all the mining done so I don't have to do it again and just finished recruiting Tali. Should be able to get the game finished before the demo is out, but I am debating about starting a FemShep run. Doubtful though.

1. If you have just one playthrough. Imagine keeping all LI for both genders for both parts, plus all variables. At least main ones.
2. If you have just one game to play.

Yeah, you right. Excluding BDtS and PS ME1 took 30 hours for careful search and sidequests, including collecting ones, plus listening all dialogues, and about 20 if don't. Same, if not less goes for ME2. LotSB, Overlord and Arrival adds about 2-3 hours each, Zaeed/Kasumi - about hour per person, Hammerhead somewhere inbetween. Even if you don't have insomnia like I do, it shouldn't take that much of time.

I have replayed my main Shepard from the start of ME1. Currently somewhere between the Collector Ship and Reaper IFF in ME2. I expect to finish this run today or tomorrow.

Changed decisions: now killed Wrex, now won't make Miranda speak to Oriana. Now consistent pattern of not interfering with team members' kill decisions (Miranda/Niket, Garrus/Sidonis, Mordin/Maelon). Maybe a few minor ones I don't remember. Thinking of making a third version with a klled Council....

Paragade Infiltrator with Area Drain & Renegon Vanguard with Heavy Barrier ready!
Completed both on NEW GAME + Hardcore difficulty and gave them opposite decisions
Also, is it just me or do all the Paragon dialog's need more points than Renegade on average

With my Renegon I was able to select (relatively early) both options for Miranda/Jack, Renegade Tela Vasir, Renegade resist Morinth but was unable to do any of the above with my Paragade
Ironically I could solve the fight between Legion & Tali with my Renegon but was able to convince and regain Legion's loyalty with a renegade dialog "I lied to her"
