 Hello!

I bought 3200 points by "deposito identificado" and more 1600 by "boleto"  3 days ago and can't see them on my balance. On my account still saying unconfirmed to all of them. How long does it take to complete the transaction??? Thx.

One of my transactions went fine and i got my poinwt, but the others 2 are saying CLOSED on status and I can't see my points anywhere!!!! Anyone can help me?!!!
