Hey, SWM, I'm not sure if anyone can answer this, but I'll give it a shot.
Apparently, the Russian Origin site has a description of the Valkyrie that is something to the effect of "Fires two shots at once with high accuracy." I took this to mean that it fires two shots at once, in an automatic fashion. However, some people think it means it fires two-shot bursts. I looked at the N7 Warfare Gear trailer and it looks like it fires more than two shots in the little slow-mo clip we got.
Any light you can shed on this?

I can't wait to start unlocking some of these babies. I just want to know whether the guns from the previous games will be ready at the start of the game(after the intro) or if we'll unlock them along with the rest of the new guns.

Not really. All I got is the description of the weapon.
Speaking of which, I can't wait until I get to play with the Havoc.
It's basically a cannon that uses kinetic energy to hurl and hurt enemies with a great force.
Or the Indra, the sniper rifle that fires electric rounds.

Maybe I'm just being dumb but I don't see that as referencing its firing mode at all.

If it fires mini grenades, that tells me its not fully auto. By burning through ammo, I assume it means it needs heat sinks quicker than other weapons.
