For the hell of it I decided to try to organize the weapon list a bit into something more manageable to look at and compare.

Very nice spreadsheet b09boy !

Lately I've beeing wondering about the Centurion....we do have his stats but no visual. And then there is that weapon witch comes with the From ashes DLC, could this be the Centurion ? All the (non-heavy) non-DLC weapons are in the multiplayer and the DLC ones only have stats, so that can be possible....

Any thoughts ?

Something I've been wondering about scopes - if you're an Infiltrator and you have a weapon with a scope on it, do you get the same time dilation effect you get with sniper rifles?

Not sure, but i know non infiltrators can get time dilation for sniper rifles. Also i think time slowdown when scoping only applies to snipers.

And Soldiers with Adrenaline Rush. :P

Still, I do love this new system. Whatver problems you might have with ME3, you have to admit there's a freedom and variety that the series never came close to before. Combined with the new upgrades for powers, you can make just about any sort of build you can think of.

Yup and the mods. The weapon mods allow me the freedom on how i wanna mess around with my gun. Overcome its weakness or enhance its strengths.

And you can see the upgrades on the guns. I don't know why, but I like that the most.

Also, what's up with the different levels for each mod?

Cheers for that.

I don't really understand how precisely the rate of fire value works - according to that, the Valkyrie - which is apparently a Mattock-esque battle rifle, judging from the videos - fires at a faster rate than the Avenger.

How does that work? I swear the Avenger was firing a much faster rate than the Valkyrie appeared to be doing in the pre-order video. Or for that matter, fires at the same RoF as the Phaeston, which is itsefl apparently a fully auto weapon.

The burst itself is 600 RPM.  Its adjusted RPM (correct me if I'm wrong) is 133.33 RPM.

well burst is 600 rpm. refire time is .25 seconds. Sso .2 secs to fire 2 rounds then .25 before you fire again so in one second you could fire 6 rounds. if reloads are not taken into account approx 6 rounds per sec fire rate is 360 rounds per mi n not inlcuding reloads. Overall doing comparisions etc Valkyrie is the new mattock.
ALL HAIL THE NEW KING!! VALKYRIE

Infact only advantage mattock has over the valkyrie is that mattock weighs less. Thats about it.
In every other department valkyrie is ahead

Not as sweet as the Phaeston, IMHO. ;)

Still trying to work out which rifle I'm going for. Valkyrie and Phaeston are the contenders.

that's some great work thanks a lot for that, now we just need to find out how the weapon upgrade work in single player, because strangely I don't think it's a lockbox lottery.

Phaeston is in the main game.

Valkyrie is a pre-order offer.

Neither are to do with apple - I didn't even realise there was DLC related to the apple stuff....

Is the Eviscerator is the demo?

Also does anyone else notice the guns that seem like upgraded version of other guns? Looks like they took the Scimitar to Claymore and pushed it into all the other weapon fields. Just look a the Eviscerator and the Wraith, Paladin and Phalanx.
