Since Heavies are both temporary weapons you pick up and drop on release, they removed a few, like the Collector Particle Beam, because of it.
Also, all of the Armor and normal DLC weapons from ME 2 are in game, you have to buy them, you don't start with anything besides starting weapons now.
No idea of the new DLC/Pre-order weapons and armor are the same, but I'm expecting it at this point.

Unfortunately some of the heavy weapons have to be removed from the list.

You're saying is that the HW aren't on the back of shep anymore and are only usable for specific events?
That would explain why the loadout screen doesn't include the Heavy Weapons, right.

They go on your back the same way they did before, its just unless its a mission critical weapon like the Laser designator, you dump them on the ground halo or Army of Two TFD style when you run dry their power source/ammo.

So you don't pick up your HW on the Normandy?
No, unless its mission critical.

Particle rifle is also beast in your squadmates, what with their accuracy and all.
Really? in ME2 squadmate were really poor with charging weapons.
I am still not sure that the "charging/small beam" mode deal any significant damage to ennemies.

In fact, personally I used HW in ME2 very rare, so I don't mind that.
Another thing: Does the weight system also count for your squadmates?

And i'd like to ask, is the AR scope really 4x? that seem like way too much to me, consider the average fighting distance.
Since I am asking question, is there any reaper mob immuned to stasis like the Atlas is? Maybe Banshee?

good question, and I second your question about squaddie and weight.

The rachni or brutes, possibly. They both seem fairly large.

Anyone know if there's anyway to get the Indra if you're playing on Xbox?

No. At least not for now.
Agh. I was gonna use that rifle on some Geth
At least the Arc Pistol still exists for us ekksbawksers.
EDIT
I just watched the Customizable Arsenal video for ME3 again, and at 0:37 it shows none other than the M-90 Indra in the weapon selection screen, and the screen is from an XBox version of the game, as per what is shown. So the Indra does indeed exist on the XBox.
You gotta pay attention to those little details!!

I will say that of the guns I've used in ME3 so far, the Chakram Launcher, Particle Rifle, and Graal Spike Thrower are my favorites. That spike thrower absolutely destroys people even when the shot isn't charged.

I'm still early in the game and my Soldier has been doing alright with the Valkyrie which I would say has a pretty heavy amount of recoil. The Vindicator and the Argus are nearly unusable though. Hopefully I'll get my hands on the stability mod for my assault rifle soon.
PS: I've speced out my Soldier to focus on Adrenaline Rush to boost my weapon damage and shielding and I've been rolling with a light loadout to improve the cooldown on my Adrenaline Rush and its a really nice build.
Right now I'm packing a Valkyrie IV (accurate Assault Rifle) and a Scimitar IV (Suppressive shotty) and I'm getting about a 50% cooldown bonus which makes the cooldown on my Adrenaline Rush only about 5 seconds. And whenever my Rush is going I get a +75% weapon damage bonus along with the +50% shields evolution at rank 6 which charges my shields every time I use rush so that I can instantly boost my shields up to half strength if they go down (or boost them to 150% if they're at full strength).
