ME1 had that same "blindfire." Where you had a general aim of direction where he was shooting, but it didn't go into full-blown over-the-shoulder aiming.
I'm happy to see that has made a return. Let's hope there is some overheating as well.
There's no way that they would have just added the sound by mistake...
Of course, if Bioware do give some guns that still overheat, I will basically hurl my cash at their direction.

I'd love if you got to make decisions during the sparring, like Renegade responses would have you barely tolerating his talking and taking more swings at him, while Paragon responses would have you hang back more and be a little more open to the conversation stuff.

Not to rain on the parade, but we didn't see all that much of Vega except the sparring scene (where his face seemed to... have trouble expressing emotions, might I add). A bit too early to say if he'll be a likable character.
Although it is nice that the VA is so enthusiastic about the series.

Those are just her casual clothes - in battle and such she gets armor.

Honest to God, for me, this should have been part of Bioware's marketing campaign. I don't know if they're using Prinze Jr. to say what they want to say or if he's really just talking about his impressions, but he sounds genuine to me. Mentioning possible disappointments or liking/disliking characters. That's what sold me. It got me to thinking he did actually play and did form attachments to various characters.
