Do you like customizeable main characters as in origins where you pick your race...origin...class... physical appearence etc... but the character is not voiced

OR

A fully voiced main character such as Hawke or Shepard where you get no say in customizaton beyond class and playstlye?

I feel like not bieng able to choose who you are really hurts the RPG aspect of the game, even in origins it felt sort of bland. The dialouge options were pretty much the same, a few differences for race, and barely any for class. This made it really hard to play anything but a good guy... and a warrior at that. You would think mages and rogues would have drastically different dialouge choices...But i guess you had to be a Grey warden and the hero of Ferelden so there isnt much choice there either. Regardless I loved DAO and am a bit scared at what DA2 has instore from what people have said.

Also any news on DA3? Only thing I can dig up is its confirmed and may have multiplayer?

I prefer more choices like picking race, class, and on.

I won't begrudge someone who likes a voiced main char I just prefer having more options.

I like choices. I don't mind if my character is not voiced, especially if it's like in DA2, where I don't have real control about what the PC says - they always say something different that what's in a wheel and quite often it's entirely different and I wouldn't choose it if I knew. And I hate autovoicing in some crucial scenes.
For me no choice of race, origin class etc. decreases the replayability, and the awkward dialogue wheel destroys the immersion.
I played DAO few dozens times, while I only played DA2 4 times - the last time I forced myself to play it when I got Legacy. I still haven't bought MotA.

I prefer customizable, voiced, protagonists. Like Shepard and Hawke. It helps with a more cinematic feel for the game, and I've never felt restricted in my choices playing as Hawke. Maybe a little bit as Shep, since you always kind of have the same personality, but there are a million little choices here and there that still makes the game feel personal.

i like freedom in RPG, so i want to choose and customize everything in the game.

I don't mind if the main character is already someone, but at least can customized something about him/her.

I think voice is not necessary, and can reduce the source, it is better those bulky files for main character voice is used for other things such as graphic, animation, new spells, new talents, ect

I prefer to be able to pick and choose everything i possibly can about my PC when making it. I do not really care about the voice as they often do not have one that i like the sound of. I really enjoyed the Witcher but i have more fun with DA:O.

Definitely prefer the Origins route. It really helps the roleplay to imagine how they're saying it and why they're saying it. Made every warden feel special and unique for me.

I do like what they tried to do with Hawke, with the whole dominant personality thing. But having a protagonist voiced will always hamstring roleplayability. Shame, really.

Either.  I found DA:O more enjoyable than DA2, but found the Mass Effect series more enjoyable than both.  I also found the Baldur's Gate series to be much more fun than the Mass Effect series, though maybe that's just the nostalgia talking.

What makes an RPG fun for me is the strength of the story writing, the presentation, and the replayability (ie. lots of plot-relevent choices).  The degree of constraint on the protagonist's customisability is a minor issue for me.
