Well, subj! <_<
Does anyone here know the console command to trigger Kana's dialogue in Crossroad Keep in which she tells the main character that there's a Shadow Reaver patrol nearby? This should help I think.
Thanks in advance!

any Luck yet?
I dug through this but since Crossroad Keep is really complicated ( & bugged ) i'm holding back on posting what I found 'cause it's basically just confusing. But if you want it/need it, just give another hullo,

Nope, still stuck. I made it this far after encountering a plethora of rather severe bugs I've never seen before and ended up reinstalling the game, which seemed to help. But I still had to replay most of Act III, and now my backup save is somewhere before Mount Galardrym, which I really don't want to replay for the third time. I hate the place.

Based on my personal experience, a good install on a well cared for computer does wonders
- defrags, reboots, registry clean-up, etc. & starting the game up between installing each expansion & then updating ... depending on what yer source is.
But that's moot, let's try to work this: here's what I jotted down, so let me know what sense you make of it as compared to the actual situation,
---
Kana has two conversation files, 21_kana & 21_cs_kana (cs stands for cutscene) - the first is her regular chatter, the second reveals the Reaver hotspot on the WorldMap, and other stuff.
- haven't checked, but one is probably triggered by clicking on her, the second by passing over a trigger when entering the keep. Now the odd parts; both refer to a Shadow Reaver.
21_kana: "| Special Mission 7 - available in TU34-40, Act 3. PC has been to Luskan required, too.|A marauding force threatens to wreak havoc on your lands. {Pause - nervous}It is said they are led by a Shadow Reaver."
-- this checks if TimeUnits is between 34 & 40, and if so sets the SpecialMission variable to 7. nothing else,
rs ga_local_int("SpecialMission", "7", "21_kana")
nb. Special Mission #7 *should not be available* until Special Mission 6 is complete ( although there is a bug with advancing special missions i Forget what it is .. )
21_cs_kana: "| After the player returns from meeting with Sydney Natale. |"
-- this checks for a global int "32_bLuskanDone" and if TRUE she speaks, "Knight Captain, welcome back. Have you found what you needed to counter the Shadow Reavers?" It then sets two global ints, "21_Kana_Chat" & "30_bReaver1_Located" to TRUE - and reveals the hotspot "3050ReaverA"
rs ka_hotspot_show("3050ReaverA")
rs ga_global_int("21_Kana_Chat", "1")
rs ga_global_int("30_bReaver1_Located", "1")
nb. might get away with just
rs ga_global_int("32_bLuskanDone", "1")
then exiting and reentering the Keep ( without the above 3 commands ... so try this first )
I suggest also looking in the "globals.xml" file of your most recent save, searching for the TimeUnits variable "01_Time_Unit" (is it between 34 & 40?), as well as "30_bReaver1_Located" (is it, 1?)
it's probably not a good idea to just force this, Mad. There's lots of stuff going on at the Keep (i don't have a clue about) - not the least of which is that on the WorldMap, hotspot "3050ReaverA" is 'shadowed' by hotspot "3051ReaverB" (???) and ya don't want those getting mixed i'll Assume ... Since you know the actual states of your game better than me, try poking through some of this & then yabber back.
Questions:
1. did you join the Neverwinter Watch or the Thieves' Guild? ( is Uncas' cutscenes getting in the way of Kana's )
2. did Kana speak her "A marauding force ..."? ( on clicking her )
3. did Kana speak her "Knight Captain, welcome back ..."? ( on entering CrossRoad Keep interior )
4. did these global variables set properly: 01_Time_Unit, 30_bReaver1_Located, 32_bLuskanDone? ( in the most recent SaveGame, globals.xml ). Also do a search for "Mission" and see what shows up. ( to see if special missions are stuck, say at #5 )
You might have to talk to Mephasm, i notice he switches the hotspot from "3050ReaverA" to "3051ReaverB" .... Not sure what that's about,

Yes, rs ga_global_int("32_bLuskanDone", "1") worked. I'm sorry for not making it clearer where the problem was. Thank you very much!
By the way, where do you get these quest/convo IDs from? I don't think they're on the console commands list, did you somehow manage to open the OC in the editor? I tried but couldn't

hey cool (i just threw in the 'LuskanDone' command before posting!)
uhm, where to I get the IDs? It's a lot of guesswork, then scrounging based on basic knowledge of what's possible & hence where to look first. Yes, i get the OC modules open in the toolset without any problem; note, I've also marked them all "read only". The only true console command used here, is 'rs' - RunScript ... the rest comes from OC files in the toolset.
my source is DVDs & DigitalDL - but i'd think the modules should open whatever the source
