I'd go with WoW, I'd send all the creators to dungeons as they have created a monster.
Second place would go to Final Fantasy VII, I've heard enough praise about final fantasy VII in one week to last me a lifetime. I never want to hear about FInal Fantasy VII again.

I'm gonna have to say... Um... Hmmm... I don't know. I've generally enjoyed nearly every RPG I've ever played. 
I mean, WoW isn't too bad (don't kill me.) It may not be anything special, but it's far from being a "bad game." Come to think of it, I've never really played a "bad game." Every game I've ever played I've liked to some extent. ._.

Though honestly, if I had to pick one. It would be The Elder Scrolls, Adventure games that are mislabelled, and the stuff I've seen and heard from that company, they're hands down the worst thing to ever happen to gaming.

You do realize that would mean the entire genre would cease to exist right? The genre only exists because of D&D, without it, there'd be no RPG's.
Every single RPG in existance is based on D&D, either by mimicing some or all of it, or trying to fix perceived mistakes by it, but every single one is based on it.

Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, easily. That game destroyed Black Isle Studios. I'd take out a terrible game, and Bethesda's Fallout in one swoop.
