This is probably one example where I don't like the pink lips. It just don't go well with blue in my opinion. Someone brought up "sickly" and I kind of agree. The other reason why I prefer black over pink is because under certain lighting, it doesn't look so good. While with black, well, black is black.

Actually that picture is old.. her updated ME3 look is with dark lips.. very similer to LotSB style but not quite as black... Her ME3 look it beautiful IMO. I never really liked the bright pink lips.. Now they're not black like LotSB but dark and very similar.. her skin also looks more natural aswell as her eyes.. IMO I think Liara looks better this way then with a bunch of make-up.

OMG she looks so much better in ME3. ME2 she looked so ugly...unless you played LOTSB then she went from ugly to hot.

Is the difference really that big ? She just looks like she aged a little or appears more grown up do to lip color and eye shadow.

Count me a fan of the new Liara look. She is way to naive in the first game. Love how the character was developed in LotSB.

Trouble always seems to find the naive , but she more then made up for it.The good thing is she doesn't stay naive for to0 long which helps her character become more likeable.

That's what they based it on, but they added a few touch-ups and such.

Any changes made were so minor that she looks practically the same as she did in LotSB. I wouldn't really consider this a new look.

Still don't like her offputting eyes, tbh. Prefer her ME1 eyes all the way.

In LotSB her eyes looked weird in most rooms. The only place where they looked okay was in Shepard's cabin.

I'm surprised at how different her skin is.  The new textures and lighting give her an entirely different aesthetic in my opinion.
