So i logged in to my account after some months to check how much points i had left to see which DLC i could buy when Mass Effect 3 comes out and i was asked to set a new username, oh well must be because of Origin, Ok new username set.

Then i noticed i've lost all the points i had left and my registered games and purchased DLC are GONE from the Bioware site.

I've contacted EA by Chat and they've decided to disonnect session during "One moment please, while I review this account."

They claim people pirate, and the is what a loyal customer gets? Seriosuly, what the hell is this?

EDIT: Forgot to say that i have the games, just not in Bioware site. I've registered them and they're gone with the purchased DLC and the remaining Points.
