 Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone had this problem or knows why it might be happening.

I bought DA2 for PC/Mac and installed/played it on a Win7 installation I had with Bootcamp, no problem.
Now I want to replay it but want to do it on my OS X but the installation disk doesn't even run, I place it inside my disk reader, it tries reading it for a while then spews it out without doing anything. Not even any error.

Tried contacting EA Support, they suggested I repair my OS X volume disk... go figure, they can't even understand what people ask them, it seems.

Anyone can help me?

I had the EXACT same issue, I could load any disk I had except DA2. I replaced my CD drive and it works fine now. Might be some dirt on the lens, Something about DA2 disks seem more sensitive to such things than normal game disks.

Thanks, I managed by making an .iso copy of the disk in Win7, copied the .iso to my iMac and installed from there.
