Hahaha, yeah felt the exact same way. Couldn't help myself to shake my head in disbelief when the show revealed how Ieyasu is portrayed.

 

But yeah, it is a cool show for what it is. It's nothing more and nothing less. It has its moments but don't take it too seriously. Still made me lol on several occasions.

It is.. I'm already getting a Homura one coming out in a bit that is already pretty insane but soooo damn nice *_* I guess I got a little collection going myself. Might get a small display case or even just a wall stand to put them on.

So far I just have my Sayaka () and Rikka figurines.

It's just a question about WHEN I can't resist and suddenly fall for the temptation. It will happen and it will be glorious and it will be wonderful and bothersome to find new places for them all. 

 

Right now I only got Yukiko from Persona 4 and Kyoko but goodness.. There're AT LEAST 4-5 that I'm looking at far too often for my own good.

Haha I hear you Isi! In an ideal world I'd have one figurine for all our Puella Magi but Sayaka and Homura are the two realistic ones, if anything to symbolize the triumvirate that was formed during summer! 

 

Really it's actually time for a new figurine.. splurged each time my contract at work got extended and it did recently.. hmm this needs some thinking!

Just looked it up and it's surprisingly cheap. I would have thought something like that would be on the wrong side of the tenthousand bucks mark, but it's actually available for only around 800 bucks. It does appear to be a very basic one though. Found others that are a tad more expensive though.

Have you looked into Build Fighters and/or Build Fighters Try yet? Both are really good, I loved the Gundam Wing Fenice. The customs are just amazing to look at.

So. Just popping up to say my first real "test" of the dub for KlK should be coming up soon! I think I might have mentioned (or at least tried to, cause who can stay coherent with how amazing it is *_*) that my very favorite point in the series is the end of 17 and all of 18, but the close second is 11. The site I usually stream from has the dub up to 10, so it's coming up soon. I've rewatched the point from when Nui first shows up til the end quite a few times, so the dub is going to get its chance to try and impress me since there will be: 1) Nui, 2) Ragyo saying more than just a sentence and 3) Ryuuko's snapping at the end.

 

I didn't mention it earlier, but thank you Reezy for giving your impressions on it so far. I'm pretty much set in my ways that I know it will never overtake the original version (which the casting was perfect on imho), but knowing that it doesn't make me twitch is nice enough. Amusingly enough, they got a handful of folks from the PMMM dub for this one, but the latter is something I have systematically scrubbed from my brain cause I accidentally heard it once and no.

This page reminds me I still need to get the rest of the One Piece time skip Straw Hats POP figures, a ton of Kamen Rider figures and more Pokémon plushies.

You should watch Cross Ange.

 

It's a very dark and good show.

 

And a lot like Seed.

It's too light hearted for me. I prefer UC, SEED, Wing, and 00. 

Build Fighters gets sort of dark towards the end, I guess serious would be more appropriate, but nowhere near UC, Seed, Wing or 00. I also recommend skipping Reconquista in G, Episode 1 of that left me confused and so turned off that I won't even consider watching Episode 2 of it. It was way too light-hearted and loose with terms without providing any context for them. Really disappointing considering it succeeds the U.C. timeline and given how strong Unicorn was.
