Have you seen the movies? They're amazing. At least the only one we can get in the US is. The second one hasn't been released here yet. They're basically wanting to do the enitre manga in that form.

Plus Re-L has a beautiful smile. I liked seeing those crying moments too with the autoreivs  and vincent.

If there was ever a 'big reveal' concerning what Edward actually is, I missed it entirely.  Edward is Edward first and a super-hacker second - gender doesn't really enter into it.

Frol absolutely tops the list in my book.  In Frol's society, men dominate and women are subservient.  While this is a common mentality, what sets Frol's world apart is the fact that gender development occurs quite late in life - and normally only the first-born child of each family is allowed to become male.

Frol demands the right to choose for ___self what role he/she will take up in life.  I won't spoil Frol's part in the overall story, but will point out that Frol succeeds in controlling Frol's own destiny.
