It's from Carnival Phantasm. It's a parody anime series on all Type-Moon stuff (Tsukihime, Melty Blood, Fate/Stay Night ect)

Aye, Carneval Phantasm is pretty damn funny, if the humor is your style and you don't mind the characters being serious at all. I do recommend to anyone who is a fan of Fate. Though more power to you if you are more familiar with other Type Moon stuff, so if you intend on watching Carneval, I'd recommend checking up on the other works as well.

 

I think Type Moon generally has some solid stuff.
