Fuko is awesome, I am sad for her and her predicament (even if I don't understand it). I love how the other students doing things for her appears to be the focus of the show, I did not expect that. Clannad is a refreshing breath of fresh air because I cannot anticipate most of what happens.

 

 

I really enjoyed her arc. It definitely got the feels going for me towards the end. After Story is what destroyed me though...

 

I'm glad you're enjoying it though. Even though After Story is where the series truly shines I still rather enjoyed the first season myself as well.

Why bother training in self defense when you have a magic gun that can one shot anyone? It's not like it's a joining requirement Akane got in as did Sho for the enforcers. Those who train in self defense like Ko seem to do so only by choice.

How far are you, gotten to wicked eyes yet? I know you'll love the mission. The politics are not as complex as TW2 but still enjoyable and all the possible outcome *drools*

Oh, I'm "only" 15 hours in. Haven't yet resolved the Mage Rebellion. My schedule during the week is too busy, so I'm only available to play during the weekends. Yeah, never expected a BW game to be in the same level as TW2 in terms of politics and conflicts in general, but I learned to enjoy BW games in a different manner and went in expecting nothing special. Still, so far it has proven to be not half bad. The game has taken into account several aspects regarding the Breach and the rebellion, which I wouldn't have expected. It is still superficial (so far at least) but it is a welcoming aspect for sure.

Managed to return to the usually anime schedule that I had prior to DAI for 2 days now. Watched Little Witch Academia and the Squid Girl OVA's in addition to catching up on most of the ongoing shows. Probably going to start watching the second season of Spice and Wolf tonight!

Shirou's scream was really well done in that scene. Almost gave me the chills.

 

Also that Shinji Laugh was really great  . Seeing him scared shitless was so a lot more satisfying though.
