So I just watched that 5 minute anime short called mememe.

I kind of wish we at least had a little bit more information about what the hell was going on because it did look interesting.

Well some of the symbolism is kinda obvious. Though that could just be the things I personally noticed.

 

Lot's of figures, with loads of creepy naked anime girls. Then you got the whole bit that's obviously him breaking up with his girlfriend leaving her to spend more time watching anime and stuff. Then he fights back tries to break out of the pathetic cycle fails and it starts again. Then there was the ****** monster girl thing. That's probably the personification of hentai and ecchi stuff. I'm actually kinda interested to see what other people notice.

Yeah I assumed as much.

 

It's just that when I saw people saying it was one of the "deepest things in anime" I didn't expect something as predictable as otaku are bad. 

 

Don't get me wrong I did enjoy watching it and I'll probably will rewatch it in the future. 

 

I think you pretty much got most of the things right already.

 

Seems like MC is pretty selfish if that is true.

I'm pretty sure that Shirou only becomes Illya's "slave" in 2 bad ends in the Fate route. Illya might be pretty heartless in the UBW route but she doesn't go that far as far as I remember.

I'm pretty sure that Shirou only becomes Illya's "slave" in 2 bad ends in the Fate route. Illya might be pretty heartless in the UBW route but she doesn't go that far as far as I remember.

It's been on my to watch list since summer, like a good billion other shows. Don't even know when I might possibly get to watch it. SO MUCH TO WATCH
