Anime is too random, childish, and stupid for me.

Only anime/manga I have ever enjoyed was Berserk.  The reason I liked it is because its the only anime/manga that doesn't feel like an anime/manga.

Basically its to anime/manga what Dark Souls is to JRPGs.

I have actually watched a lot of anime and read a lot of manga and other than Berserk I hate them all.

Another thing I want to know is why does a good anime like Berserk prematurely end while crap like Seint Seiya, Naruto, Fate/Stay/Night, and One Piece last forever?

I still read the Berserk Manga because its excellent but I really wish we could've seen more of it animated beyond just the Golden Age arc.  Even the OVAs didn't go beyond the Golden Age.

Well who would want to adapt something knowing that it will never get finished? (when was the last time it got updated again like almost a year ago?) Blame the dude who writes the manga. Also go watch LOTGH like Sim said.

Last issue came out a month ago actually.  Even just the golden age arc is far better than any anime I have ever seen.

The animes I hate the most are animes where they fight using cards, or some sort of pokemon summoned creature or character like in Fate Stay Night.

Actually I take it back, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a decent anime.  Not nearly as good as Berserk but I don't think I have ever laughed so hard at that Von Stronheim guy when he revealed himself as robo-Hitler to Cars.

Berserks manga is definitely one of the better ones out there. Not my favorite but it's close.

I have to wonder though.. What anime's have you actually watched? Cause naming off ones like One Piece, Naruto and Fate/Stay nights as examples makes me question if you've actually seen ones beyond the popularized ones which are typically not that amazing tbh.

Hell even Attack on Titan is a bit overrated in my books.

Still one of my favorite Fate Zero scenes because of how important it is to Fate StayNight. Also young Shirou is really cute.

I've watched quite a few including Attack on Titan and all the ones you mentioned.  I take back what I said about Berserk being the only good one even though it is definitely the best one by far.  I also liked JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and I liked Dragonball Z up until the Freeza Saga, nothing past that though.

Most anime I see either feels pretentious and overly serious for how silly it is like Neon Genesis Evangelion while the other animes are just silly, random and rely on the same plot devices to deliver their humor and story like Ouran Host Club where it involves a nerdy guy feeling akward around a bunch of hot girls...I've seen that in just about every anime.

Yeah, tbh it sounds like you mostly just stick to the popular ones which is probably why most are not that good. None of the ones mentioned would even come close to scratching my top 25 list sept Berserk (and maybe Evangelion but I haven't seen that in over 10 years)

I remember someone recommended I watch Claymore since I like Berserk.  It actually started off decently but then it eventually became really cliched and corny, especially with the Dragonball Z style fights later on.

Claymore is decent but it can't match up to Berserk in my books. Berserk actually has a *really* good story and is easily the top dark fantasy anime out there for me. Claymore is entertaining enough but it it never quite reaches those same heights.

Expelled from Paradise is a great movie!

It's incredibly well animated and and the colours used really were brilliantly executed and I could watch this movie just to see all of that again. In addition to the great art and animation the movie got fantastic sound and a couple of soundtracks I can't wait to listen more to! The movie got two very good strengths in these departments and they alone are worth giving this movie a shot.

The storyline itself is not that special and it's a shame but I can live with that. Like it's nowhere near the levels of PMMM or Psycho-Pass season 1 but it's not bad. Just not standing out. It's not one of Gen's best work and even so it leave a few things that one could think and discuss about for weeks!

The main character is well designed but I found her rather uninteresting throughout the entire movie and really only grew to like her with maybe 35-40 min left of the movie. However two very prominent characters are quite awesome and I completely love one of them which I'll put under a spoiler tag whom it is.

Frontier Setter the awesome AI that had tons of personality and not only that completely rocked that cap like I've never seen any do before. I grew to care far more about the AI character than the two humans.
