I have never seen a scene where Shirou or Archer projects something not a 100%. I assume that when they project something it's always correct on the outside. The reason they don't project whatever they want is because they have a magic affinity towards swords. Also, they can't project something like excalibur.

Also, can you imagine Archer projecting a unholy bastard offspring of Excalibur, Emua Elish and Gae Bolg?

He can't project EA or Excalibur. Shirou tries tracing EA and when he does he can't see anything because EA is made out of substances not from our world. He can also not project Excalibur because it is a holy sword. Gae Bolg should not be a problem though

I'm ASSUMING you haven't watched lots of anime, right? All of the above have great dubs so they're good for gateway anime stuff. Once you have a few under your belt and want to try subs then...

 

PMMM - must watch anime like Cowboy Bebop. Don't let looks deceive you, it's VERY dark.

 

JoJo's Bizzare Adventure - if you don't like the first half, don't worry. Battle Tendency and then Stardust Crusaders are wwaaaaayyy better.

Q: What is the limit of replication in UBW? The highest level of NP (sword types) is probably Ea, but while it might be impossible for Shirou, could Archer make it? Also, under the meaning of weapons, to what extent can he make modern weapons? Must it be only blade types or can he make guns and mobile weapons?

A: Divine constructs like Ea and Excalibur are non-replicable. There might be some degraded NPs with similar performance in stock though. Also, since sword is becoming his origin, the weapons that he has stored are fundamentally limited to close combat.

I'm curious if Mushi-shi stays with the episodic format (season one I mean), does it ever move away from it or no? Or do we see more recurring characters besides Ginko?

Man, such a great UBW episode. Ufotable certainly knows how to strike a balance in quality in both action and dialog oriented episodes. It is such a joy to see that UBW is getting a proper adaptation.

There's even less recurring characters in season 2. It keeps the episodic format all the way.

Well, maybe "less recurring characters" isn't quite right. But the only 2 other recurring characters that I can think of don't appear as much.

Yeah, I've watched half of season one and the only other recurring character I've seen is the doctor. I figured it would stick to the same approach but was curious if they'd change it up or not.
