Don't feel bad. It's nothing personal. It's just that every Calgarian is born with an inexplicable and irrational hatred for our neighbor city. It's like in that show Corner Gas if you've ever watch that with Dog River and Wullerton. Btw when is the expo in Edmonton?

I'm kidding around. But really it's only Downtown that sucks. South Common is very nice in the Summer, same with West Ed. But the problem is the weather, because it can go from being really warm one day, to being really cold the next. Means alot of ice in Winter. Which sucks.

Hah corner gas was pretty fun for just a light hearted show. I question whether it would fit well in movie format but I didn't get to see it either so I can't say. I'm sure it will be released on DVD eventually so you could just grab it then.

 

Also in regards to the erratic weather patterns trust me when I say it is no better here. One minute it will be snowing, 5 minutes later it will be a sunny clear blue sky day, 5 minutes later it will be snowing again, 5 minutes after that it will be raining. It's pretty funny to see new people come to the city and freak out about it

 

Luckily winter this year has been relatively mild for us compared to most years.
