The era of the Three Kingdoms is seriously underrated and kinda sad that it doesn't get mentioned as much as it reasonably should be but that's how things sometimes end up being

 

Now anime related, I'm probably going to watch one show before I make any possible breaks from anime. I got nothing in my schedule before New years anyways!

 

Got so many shows to pick from that has been handed to me over and over again:

I think the fewer movies about Qing dynasty, the better.

I'm kinda sick of it. They forced men to shave half of their head and the Chinese clothes had never been lamer before.

 

I really like to see more Han, Song, Tang and Ming period movies and series. Three Kingdoms period movies are already good enough. They only need more publicity around the world.

Fully agree. Three Kingdoms has been explored to death already in so many different mediums. While intriguing, there are more periods to be explored, which I would gladly like to experience. There is currently a TV series being made called "The Empress of China" that has just recently started broadcasting, which focuses on the Tang period, "Wu Zetian's period" to be more precise. Waiting til all episodes are released. Hopefully it'll turn out great.

Also I agree Three Kingdoms gets done a lot, in Asia land anyway. I mean it makes sense and all. And it was an interesting time. But other cool time periods need some love too.
